Why i cannot make the green or red markers work

You cannot use green and red markers with "Move tool" active like .
To use other tools, please click on Move tool again to quit this tool:.

How to get the rectangle box back

To get the rectangle box back, please click on Target Object, it will show up again with the same shape as you adjusted the last time.

How to get the final image when the red & green markers are on the image

Red and green markers are auxiliary tools used to make the program know which portion you want to keep and what part you want to remove. The marks you draw will not appear in cutout results. What you see on the right frame is what you get.
